I absolutely loved the charming and unique decoration of the hotel. The artwork and design in the general areas were so captivating and made me feel like I was staying in a sophisticated art gallery. As a senior woman, I truly appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The hallways were wide, the elevator was spacious, and there were handrails in all the right places to make moving around comfortable and safe for older guests.
I would have loved to have more assistance from the staff in planning activities suitable for senior people. It would have been helpful if the children working there could have offered suggestions and recommendations for attractions or events in Ferrara that cater to our age group.

Avanguardia Art Club in Ferrara was a great find for us! We booked last minute and got a real bargain. The room was beautiful and spacious, with a big bathroom and a high-quality hair dryer, which was a big plus for me. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and right in the middle of the city. We were able to reach any part of the city within 20 minutes. The staff was very sweet and helpful, and the owner even gave us detailed instructions for our late check-in. We were pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of prosecco in the fridge, along with water, biscuits, and coffee. The room even had a real coffee machine! a great experience and we hope to come back one day.
The morning meal could have been improved. Although the breakfast was satisfactory and the croissants were delicious, it was a bit basic compared to what we've experienced in Italy.

What a great find for our Easter trip! We stumbled upon this place last minute and got a real bargain. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The room itself was beautiful, with a spacious bathroom and a top-quality hair dryer. Upon arrival, there was a bottle of prosecco waiting for us in the fridge, along with water, biscuits, and coffee. They even had a real coffee machine in the room for all the coffee lovers out there. Such a nice touch! The next morning, we were treated to a delicious breakfast with fresh brioches and coffee. a fantastic experience!
While our stay was wonderful, there were a few minor downsides. the shower could have been cleaner.

I had been longing to visit Palazzo Prosperi-Sacrati in Ferrara, and that's why I chose to stay at Avanguardia Art Club. However, the hotel surprised me with its free Wi-Fi, which was convenient for staying connected during my trip. I particularly appreciated this feature because it allowed me to easily research and explore more about the city.
Dark and claustrophobic bedroom.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming little bed and breakfast. The suite we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a surprise second bedroom. The bathroom was large and had a separate shower and bath, as well as a bonus leg massage machine and exercise bike. The mini fridge was stocked with a bottle of Prosecco, orange juice, and water. The lounge area had a coffee machine, teas, and water bottles available whenever we wanted. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of options including cereals, nuts, fruits, eggs. The housekeeping was top-notch, ensuring the place was spotless. Although it's not a full-service hotel, it worked perfectly for our comfortable city break. I highly recommend this hotel for a unique and enjoyable stay.
