I absolutely loved the charming and unique decoration of the hotel. The artwork and design in the general areas were so captivating and made me feel like I was staying in a sophisticated art gallery. As a senior woman, I truly appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The hallways were wide, the elevator was spacious, and there were handrails in all the right places to make moving around comfortable and safe for older guests.

I would have loved to have more assistance from the staff in planning activities suitable for senior people. It would have been helpful if the children working there could have offered suggestions and recommendations for attractions or events in Ferrara that cater to our age group.

The room was beautiful and spacious, with a big bathroom and a high-quality hair dryer, which was a big plus for me. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and right in the middle of the city. We were able to reach any part of the city within 20 minutes. The staff was very sweet and helpful, and the owner even gave us detailed instructions for our late check-in. We were pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of prosecco in the fridge, along with water, biscuits, and coffee. The room even had a real coffee machine! a great experience and we hope to come back one day.

The bathroom was large and had a separate shower and bath, as well as a bonus leg massage machine and exercise bike. The mini fridge was stocked with a bottle of Prosecco, orange juice, and water. The lounge area had a coffee machine, teas, and water bottles available whenever we wanted. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of options including cereals, nuts, fruits, eggs. The housekeeping was top-notch, ensuring the place was spotless. Although it's not a full-service hotel, it worked perfectly for our comfortable city break. I highly recommend this hotel for a unique and enjoyable stay.
